History: Empty Bowls has been generously held and hosted by Missy McCormick in the past. All proceeds from Empty Bowls have been donated to Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley to help provide meals for those in need at the shelter. The event has been sponsored by local businesses and friends and for a small donation, patrons were invited to attend the Empty Bowls event where they were treated to a simple meal of soup and bread and provided the opportunity to select a hand made bowl as a keepsake!

Since 2017, in the three events that have been hosted nearly $16,000 was donated to the Mission designated to provide meals in our dining hall! Thank you!
