The Ceramics Program in YSU’s Department of Art invites you to an event full of fine art and food to fight hunger in our community. Join us for the 3rd Empty Bowls YSU event at McDonough Museum of Art on the YSU campus. Ticket donations go directly to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley to help provide over 300 meals daily to anyone in need. In exchange for your donation, you’ll enjoy an excellent hot bowl of soup with artisan bread by leading locally owned restaurants and select a one-of-a-kind handmade bowl created by local art students, faculty, alumni, and community artists to take home.
