Give New Cotton Bath Towels this Giving Tuesday! Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley would love to receive them!
Rescue Mission Calls on Valley Residents to offer support to people experiencing homelessness this #GivingTuesday by giving the simple gift of clean towels.
The goal is to give a new bath towel to every person the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley shelters in 2025. Twelve hundred new cotton bath towels are needed to meet the goal.
Youngstown, Ohio…. On Tuesday, December 3rd, Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley is rallying residents to join the global #GivingTuesday movement, a powerful day dedicated to giving back to our communities. Since its inception in 2012, #GivingTuesday has sparked a worldwide wave of generosity, leading to increased donations, volunteer hours, and impactful community activities.
Over the years, Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley has benefited from the generosity of our Valley on Giving Tuesday and is excited about Giving Tuesday 2024. This year the Mission has set a goal and hopes to receive 1200 new cotton bath towels for our guests, enough to be able to provide each guest with a new towel during their stay at the shelter.
