Fernando’s Wedgewood Pizza Boardman Offers a Special Buy One/Give One Promotion in celebration (a few days early) of National Pizza Day for the Clients Staying at the Mission

Youngstown, Ohio…Get ready to celebrate National Pizza Day with a slice of kindness! Instead of celebrating National Pizza Day on February 9th, the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley is thrilled to partner once again with Fernando’s Wedgewood Pizza in Boardman for a heartwarming initiative that combines delicious pizza with community support on February 6th, 2025.

A Tradition of Giving:

For the third consecutive year, Fernando’s Wedgewood Pizza Boardman is offering a special buy one/give one promotion. Anthony Pellegrini, the driving force behind this initiative, shared his enthusiasm: “As a business owner, I am grateful that I can be a part of this amazing community which helps support the work that the Rescue Mission undertakes. A big thank you should go to the Mission staff and their volunteers who work tirelessly to provide food and shelter, through local donations, for those in need. I look forward to our continued relationship.”

For every pizza purchased by the community at Fernando’s Wedgewood Pizza in Boardman on Thursday, February 6th, the shop will donate a pizza for lunch to feed those staying at the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. This will be a special treat for the kids and adults staying at the mission.

How You Can Help:

On Thursday, February 6th, for every pizza purchased at Fernando’s Wedgewood Pizza in Boardman, the shop will donate a pizza to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley. This generous gesture will provide a delightful lunch for the children and adults staying at the mission on February 6th.

The donated pizzas will be served at 11:30 on February 6^th to the clients at Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley, located at 1300 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Youngstown, Ohio 44510.
